Docuflair Redact & Mask
Docuflair Redact & Mask is the server-based solution for GDPR-compliant redaction and pseudonymisation of documents: redaction (Redact) makes personal and confidential content permanently unreadable in the export, while pseudonymisation (Mask) replaces it with pseudonyms and allows controlled re-identification.
The system runs on premises on your own server (Windows or Linux); users work in the browser with nothing to install. Projects lead through a workflow stepper, from upload through automatic PII detection and review in the document viewer to approval and export. Typical scenarios are granting and forwarding access to case files, subject access requests, and having pseudonymised documents processed externally and then merged back.
