Dashboard
The dashboard (/system) shows the live state of the whole installation. It refreshes automatically every 5 seconds; the “Pause”/“Live” switch at the top right halts the refresh. Next to it is the time of the last refresh.

| Tile | Content |
|---|---|
| Tenants | The total number of tenants, with “n active” and, where applicable, “n demo” below it. |
| Storage | The storage used by the data directory, the size of the central system database (system.db) and the free disk space. |
| Worker | Active (green) or Inactive (red) — the background service for document processing and clean-up work. “Last tick” and “Uptime” show liveness; the worker counts as inactive when the last tick is more than 60 seconds old. |
| PII queue | The number of PII detection runs waiting and running, across all tenants. |
| Demo mode | The status (enabled/disabled), active sessions and sessions in the last 24 hours; with the “Configure demo mode” button. |
| Quick access | Direct links to “Manage tenants”, “API keys” and “Demo sessions”. |
| Documents (across all tenants) | The total number of documents and pages, plus Waiting (yellow) and Failed (red) in the processing queue. |
How to read it in practice: a worker that stays red means uploads are no longer being processed — check the service on the server in that case. Rising figures under Failed point to problematic documents or to missing OCR language support.
