History
Three history pages (superadmin only) make what happens in the tenant traceable. All of them offer a quick period selection (Today … All), filters by user and free text, and paging (50 per page).
Sign-ins
Section titled “Sign-ins”Sign-ins (/admin/history/logins): every sign-in attempt with its time, the user, the status (Successful/Failed) and the IP address — including failed attempts with an unknown user name. The default view: the last 7 days.
Activities
Section titled “Activities”Activities (/admin/history/activities): the tenant’s audit log — who changed what, and when (action, object, details, IP). Object references to projects, users and groups are linked directly.
Example: “Who deleted the dictionary entry yesterday?” — period Last 24h, search term Dictionary, “Apply filter”.
Licence counting
Section titled “Licence counting”The licence counting log (/admin/history/license-usage) records every page count that was charged: which document left the system when and in which version (PDF rendition, Converted PDF, Redacted PDF, Redacted Office document) and how many pages were charged. Downloads of originals and repeated retrievals of the same version are free of charge and do not appear here. The footer shows the current quota status.
