Projects and the workflow

Projects (/projects) lists your projects with their name, description, deletion policy (“Retention period (3650 days)”, for instance), status and document count. Clicking the row opens the project.

The project view (/projects/{id}) guides you through the typical process with the workflow stepper — depending on the flow chosen, redaction, pseudonymisation or re-identification (the switch at the top, where licensed):

Step What it means
1 — Store originals Upload documents (“Upload” opens the folder browser with the upload area already open).
2 — Analyse documents Start automatic detection of personal data (“Find data”).
3 — Review & approve Check the result in the viewer and approve documents (“Review” filters on the “Analysing” status).
4 — Export redacted/pseudonymised Export the finished documents as a package (“Export”).

The tiles below show the live state: the document edited most recently, size and pages, redactions and replacements (the dictionary), exceptions, open for review, approved, exports, and where applicable failed and recycle bin. Clicking failed opens the error list — there, documents can be retried, or password-protected PDFs unlocked through “Enter password”.
