Review, comment, approve

The Comments tool records notes directly on the document — assigned automatically to the page currently visible:

Comments on the document

The Info panel (in the left bar) shows metadata (file name, size, pages, version, OCR words), the versions, the complete history (who did what, and when) and the integrity check: the document’s SHA-256 hash is verified against the audit-proof chain — Unchanged (green) confirms that the document has not been tampered with since it was uploaded.

With “Approve” (in the top toolbar, visible only with approval rights) you freeze the reviewed state — the status changes to Approved:

An approved document in the viewer

If the dictionary changes after approval, the system marks the documents affected as “Approved (outdated)” — “Approve again” confirms the current state. In projects with the option “Only approved documents may be exported”, approval is a prerequisite for downloading and exporting.
