AI settings
Artificial intelligence (AI) helps Docuflair recognise and classify documents automatically. That way the system recognises invoices as such automatically, extracts relevant data such as amounts or senders, and files the document in the right directory — with no manual intervention.
Permission required
To access this function you need the following permission:
- Edit archive settings (
AdminUI_ArchiveStorage_EditSettings)
Permissions are granted through groups — see permissions – overview.
You reach the AI settings for the archive through the menu navigation under Archive > Settings > AI.
In the AI settings you configure the artificial intelligence used for automatic document processing in the archive. With it, Docuflair classifies documents automatically, extracts metadata and analyses content.
Configuration
Section titled “Configuration”| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Model | The name of the AI model used for document analysis (ChatGPT, for example). |
| API key | The API key for accessing the AI service. It is provided when you register with the provider. |
Click Save to apply the changes.
Functions
Section titled “Functions”With AI support configured, Docuflair generates the following automatically when documents are archived:
- Summary — an automatically produced summary of the document’s content.
- Keywords — relevant terms detected automatically, for searching.
- Deadlines — dates and deadlines detected automatically in the document.
The document view shows this information in the Text content area.
