Archive status

The archive status shows at a glance whether the archive is reachable and how many documents are stored. That lets you check quickly whether everything is working properly.

You reach the archive status overview through the menu navigation under Archive > Status.

Permission required

To access this function you need the following permission:

• Edit archive settings (AdminUI_ArchiveStorage_EditSettings)

Permissions are granted through groups — see permissions – overview.

Statistics

The status overview shows statistics on the archive’s current state. Docuflair retrieves the information displayed directly from the archive connector; it covers figures such as the number of documents archived, the storage used and the indexing status.

Connection problem

If no connection to the archive can be established, an error message appears. In that case, check the archive settings and the network connection to the archive server.
