Reports (advanced)

Advanced reports deliver detailed accounts of how your multifunction devices are used. They show which department printed how many pages, which devices are particularly heavily loaded and where there is scope for savings, for example. The reports can be exported as a file and processed further.

You reach the advanced reports through the menu navigation under Devices > Reports. They offer detailed accounts of how the multifunction devices are used.

Permission required

To access this function you need the following permission:

• Create a report (AdminUI_Accounting_CreateReport)

You grant permissions through groups — see permissions – overview.

The reports

Jobs by date

Shows every print, copy and scan job in a period chosen. You filter the results by user, device and job type.

Counters by date

Shows the counter readings of the multifunction devices over a period chosen. That is how you analyse how heavily the devices are loaded.

Changes in the counters

Shows the change in the counter readings between two points in time. Useful for working out the consumption in a particular period.

Transactions by date

Shows every financial transaction (credit debited and topped up) in a period chosen. Available where cost accounting is switched on.
