Server

In larger environments you can distribute Docuflair across several servers — one main server and several member servers. The server view shows every server connected and its status.

You reach the server view through the menu navigation under Devices > Registration, on the Server tab.

Permission required

To access this function you need the following permission:

Show the server list (AdminUI_DeviceManagement_ListServers)

You grant permissions through groups — see permissions – overview.

Docuflair can be installed in distributed form. There is then one main server (the master server) and any number of member servers. To set a member server up, first install Docuflair on another computer and then link that installation with the master. For that, choose the Connect to the main server option at service level in the configuration (System > Cloud services). Where the connection has succeeded, it is shown accordingly on the main server under Connections.
