The position of the application on the start screen determines where the Docuflair icon is placed on the Sharp display during the installation. Positions 1 to 60 are available for that. Where you do not want the icon shown on the start screen at all, set this value to 0.

An icon is stored during the installation as well. If you want to change it, adjust the default path of the application icon here.

Make sure the Sharp OSA protocol used (https or http) really is switched on at the device. The Sharp OSA port also has to match the device settings. For more, see the port control section on Sharp devices.

Depending on the card reader in use, different values are read out of your (RFID) transponder card. A transformation may be necessary in order to reconcile that value with the one stored in the user profile. Choose an algorithm for that purpose.

When the card is read out, an entry is written to the log file by default, provided at least the Information log level is active. Where you do not want that card information recorded in the log file, clear this checkbox.

The anonymous execution of jobs makes it possible for jobs to be carried out even where user information is missing from the print data stream (blankuser), despite a sign-in being required.

Where you switch the Use the native copy / fax function of the Sharp device option on, the Docuflair app forwards to the standard Sharp app.
