Document analysis
The document analysis shows you in detail how Docuflair processed a particular document — which barcodes were detected, what OCR results there are and which metadata was extracted. That helps you test workflows and track down faults in the recognition.
Permission required
To access this function you need the following permission:
- Analyse document (
AdminUI_DocumentManagement_AnalyzeDocument)
You grant permissions through groups — see permissions – overview.
Select the document you want to analyse and then click Load evaluation.
An example of an analysis:
Docuflair searches the document and checks it for various characteristics, among them the proportion of white — that is, whether the page is blank. Barcodes and QR codes are detected as well; the results appear in the evaluation.
