Status of scanned documents

The scan status shows an overview of every scan job currently being processed or processed recently. That way you see at a glance which job succeeded, which is still running and whether any errors occurred.

You reach the scan status overview through the menu navigation under Scanning > Status.

Permission required

To access this function you need the following permission:

• Show scan status (AdminUI_ScanManagement_ScanStatus)

You grant permissions through groups — see permissions – overview.

The status overview shows every scan job in a table with the following columns:

Column	Description
Name	The name of the scan job.
Status	The job’s current processing status.
User	The name of the user who triggered the scan job.
Device	The name of the multifunction printer the scan was carried out on.
Created	The time the scan job was created.
Changed	The time of the last status change.

The list refreshes automatically and shows the current processing progress of the scan jobs.
