Docuflair mobile app
The Docuflair mobile app for Android and Apple iOS lets you scan and print straight from your smartphone or tablet.
Function overview
Section titled “Function overview”The mobile app offers the following main functions:
- Scanning — capture documents and photos with the smartphone camera and submit them to predefined scan destinations or workflows. For more, see Docuflair Scan.
- Printing — send documents from the smartphone straight to multifunction printers. For more, see Docuflair Print.
- Signing in at the device — sign in at the multifunction printer without a password, by scanning a QR code.
Data protection
Section titled “Data protection”For the best possible data protection and confidentiality, the data submitted never leaves the organisation — even when you use the app over the internet. Photos taken are not saved in the smartphone’s photo gallery but only within the app.
