Print options
Section titled “Print options”When printing a document at the multifunction printer, various print options are available. Depending on the job type, the administrator can block or hide individual functions. The print options appear in a horizontal bar at the top of the screen. Tapping an option opens a dialog in which you choose the setting you want.

| Output tray | Determines which output tray the printouts are delivered to. |
| Sides | Specifies whether the document is printed single-sided or double-sided. |
| Punching | Punches the printed pages, provided a corresponding finisher is installed on the multifunction printer. |
| Stapling | Staples the printed pages, provided a corresponding finisher is installed on the multifunction printer. |
| Collation | Determines how multiple copies of a printout are collated. |
| N-up | Prints several pages on one sheet of paper, provided the multifunction printer supports it. |

Preview
Section titled “Preview”The preview lets you check the document’s content directly on the multifunction printer’s screen. With multi-page documents you can page through the document. You also see statistical figures such as the number of colour and black-and-white pages and the total page count.
Printing
Section titled “Printing”Tap Print to produce the document on the multifunction printer with the settings you chose.
Range limits printing to particular pages. Entering 1-3, for example, prints only pages 1 to 3. Individual pages are possible too (1,3,5, for instance).
Print & delete
Section titled “Print & delete”For certain applications (uploads or email printing, for example) the Print & delete button is additionally available. The document is printed and then deleted from the Docuflair server automatically. That way one-off print jobs are cleared up right after output.
Delete
Section titled “Delete”Some applications additionally offer the option of deleting a document from the Docuflair server without printing it.
Cost display
Section titled “Cost display”If the administrator has enabled the cost display, you see the expected printing costs in the preview. The costs are calculated separately by colour and black-and-white pages and by paper size (A4, A3 and so on).
