Print: storage locations
Storage locations are folders or cloud services that you select documents from for printing. When printing from a storage location you browse a drive or a share, much like Explorer in Microsoft Windows. After selecting the subfolder you want, you pick a file to print. Printing is supported for all common document types; you can find the full list here.
Default storage locations are preconfigured during installation: every drive found is created as a storage location. For security reasons, however, the Windows drive (normally C:) and the drive Docuflair was installed on are not set up. For demonstration purposes, a storage location with sample documents is created as well.
Starting the application
Section titled “Starting the application”
The example above shows the icon of the Print: storage locations application. Tapping it starts the application and shows a list of the storage locations available.
Alternatively, storage locations can be shown directly on the Docuflair start page. To switch that on or off, check the settings of the user application start page.
Using the application
Section titled “Using the application”After the application starts at the multifunction printer, a list of all available storage locations appears.

Select the storage location you want to move into the folder structure and look for a particular folder. To return to the parent folder, tap the first icon in the folder list, named “..”. Printable documents are also shown in the folder view with corresponding icons.

Once you have opened the target folder you want, tapping a document starts the preparation of the printed output. If it is network storage or an internet server, the document is first transferred to the Docuflair server and converted there into a printable PDF document. Docuflair then generates previews for display at the multifunction printer and opens the print dialog.

After you choose Print, the document is produced on the multifunction printer with the print settings you chose. Choose Range to print only a limited range of pages rather than all of them.
