User profile

The user profile shows information about the user currently signed in, directly on the multifunction printer’s screen. There you see your account details and can change your cost centre, for example.

Viewing the profile

You open the user profile by tapping the user icon in the top right corner of the Docuflair main menu.

Note

The user profile is only available while you are signed in at the multifunction printer. Without a sign-in, the sign-in screen appears.

Information displayed

The user profile shows the following information:

Information	Description
User name	The user’s sign-in name.
Full name	The user’s first name and surname.
Address	The user’s postcode, town and street.
Email address	The email address on file.
Credit	The current credit where cost accounting is enabled.
Cost centre	The cost centre currently assigned to the user.
Profile picture	If a user picture is on file, it is shown in the profile.

Changing the cost centre

If several cost centres are available, you can change the current one directly in the user profile. To do so, enter the value you want in the Cost centre input field and confirm with Change. The new cost centre applies to all subsequent print and scan jobs in the current session.

The administrator manages user information and cost centres in Docuflair Manager under user management.
